Half-Life: Alyx but the Gnome is TOO AWARE (ACT 2: PART 1)

A new day dawns. Gordon(?) and Gnome enter heavily occupied Combine territory, and it seems like Gnome might be a little bit of a snitch. But Gordon(?) thinks he can get him back on the path of the Good Gnome, with a little bit of retribution. And everyone knows Good Gnomes get feasts. Just make sure you manage those meters, or you'll never get to the Northern Star!

On June 1st, 2021, twitch streamer 'wayneradiotv' was linked to a workshop page for a newly uploaded mod for Half-Life: Alyx. A mod that would "breathe life" into Gnome Chompski. He installed it, hoping to make the stream of his "gnome run" more interesting. He was not aware of the myth, but that didn't matter anymore. The following footage is documentation of the "Gnome Edition's" existence and what its discovery unleashed into the world.

I've noticed a popular theory in the comments of these videos that the science team are all taking turns speaking through the gnome. I thought this was pretty funny and starting to pay attention to which person was speaking when the gnome was saying something. This is what I've come up with: Benrey: When the gnome randomly starts insulting Wayne and denies everything he's ever said, continuing his constant gaslighting of Gordon in HLVRAI. Dr. Coomer: When the gnome is supportive of Wayne and is actually pleasant to him. I thought this because Dr. Coomer was the only one that was somewhat nice to Gordon in HLVRAI. Tommy: When the gnome says a random brand name or popular media. Like talking about the peppa pig movie, devil may cry, or randomly doing sponsor segments. He could also be behind the gnome's random periods of absolute joy, like when he got to play roblox or when he randomly says YAYAYAYAYAYAY! Bubby: When the gnome makes random noises and says random nonsense. Pretty self explanatory.

I desperately need someone to edit this series so all the ui jokes that come up for like 5 seconds so that they stay there the entire time and the screen gets more and more cluttered

My theory for this series so far is that all of the HL:VRAI cast was uploaded into the next game - but with only one valid 'host' for their AI, all of them got jammed in there, and it's causing...problems.

Genuinly i think at 25:30 it would have been gold if the gnome said "Gordon you may have killed three innocent lives but it is important to stay calm" imo
