That ending with Gordon just collapsing out of pure shock and panic is absolutely chilling especially with him breathing like if he's in denial of what's happening around him

The fact that Gordon kinda saunters around and presses his luck by exploring every nook and cranny along his route really captures an almost nostalgic sense of gamer curiosity that I had when playing this back in the day. I love the detail of Gordon noticing all the little features that we all remember.

I wish I could go to work effortlessly not having to respond to any coworkers attempts at engaging me like how Gordan refuses to respond to any of his coworkers whilst instead just gives subtle gestures and an occasional thumbs up. A true inspiration I must say In the art of non-communication tactics/small talk avoidance.

I love how Gordon is half an hour late for one of the most important experiments in the beginning of his career, and he's just strolling around the facility, slowly making his way to the test chamber, but not without checking every single corner of the lab first

This is incredible. I don't think anybody has presented Black Mesa in such a cinematic manner before. The framing, the shots, the usage of depth of field to accentuate the mood. Loved the entire thing but especially:
