Thank you so much for sharing your 3 reasons why you didn't hit your race goal. I can relate with personal stress. Personal, stress is real and harms the body as well. It is not easy, the mind set is not there. In my case, my colitis was out of control, weight loss because I lost my appetite. It was very frustrating. I was tired and not motivated. But It takes a very strong mind to internally fight all those emotions. You did excellent under the circumstances. We will always have better races and not so good races, but we keep on running!.
