Edmonton, Thunder Bay and St. John's top the list of affordable cities where residents would consider buying a property if they could find a job or work remotely, according to a new real estate survey. Mark McAllister reports.

How property values have doubled and tripled since co-vid lockdown, is allowed escapes me. Families broken up, forced out of their homes onto the street. Abandoned piles of furniture, outside apartment buildings, whatever left of everything they own, in an overflowing grocery cart and luggage. They line up being starred down by security guards in government buildings. If you fit my parameters, I will direct your call repeat.

We could create an online system of relocating based on the Permaculture principle 'Companion Planting', so people end up in a place where they are happy and their needs are met. With that foundation we'd make greater leaps in technology...and it would be a good military strategy as our next adversaries might be extraterrestrial, so the sooner we unify the better off we'll be.

You can not get away from it. I work in Sudbury, North Bay, Cochrane, kapuskasing, new liskard, and wawa bi- weekly. Turbans everywhere one McDonald's I was in all turban workers I was shocked and I am Korean Asian . I couldn't find my own kind anywhere up north.

There aren't as many jobs in those cities. That's why housing is cheap. What if you lose your remote job? You'd be better off to move to the US.

Many people in Toronto choose to live there. Obviously, as per the federal government being liberal, people in Toronto voted for everything to be completely unaffordable.

i think most people are "stuck" in this city. Too poor to move, live elsewhere and work in the city. I can't imagine anyone would "choose" this life style.
