Nana Zuniga I feel like there’s an easier more secure way too....if you take your hair at the nape of your neck and either braid it or just twist it and pin it with a bobby-pin that way you can clip the extension in the normal way 🙂

I've been clipping in all of my hair extensions upside down lately - yup ALL of them - from the bottom to the top. It gives a really nice high voluminous effect, and it also hides all those short un-blend-able hairs that are constantly trying to poke out. Thanks Desi, for the great video!!

But here I am tonight, crying, crying over my beloved dog we put to sleep over a month ago, and for just finding out my best friend is leaving the country for good in less than a week. I love the results of this process. I think it’s awesome that we’ve got so many affordable choices for being able to change our hair. A good quality full wig costs a fortune! I’m so not coordinated enough for extensions. Between my dislocated clavicle & neck dystonia I’d create a bird’s nest after 2 hrs! It’s amazing how talented some folks are w/this. I get a headache as well. I think it happens to girls with really thick hair because of the force and strong elastics we have to use to keep all the thick hair up. It is a pain having really thick hair.

it really depends on what type of hair you have also. if it is curly, you can get away with washing once a week, if the hair is straight, it will grease way faster, so you will need to wash it twice or three times a week
