I think one of the things that’s always been special about this band is their deeper understanding of instruments. The prominent bass and crisp percussive sound of so many of their songs is what drew a lot of us to their sound. That’s why it’s a dream come true to see their music realized with a full orchestra
@charo15544 жыл бұрын
this is so beautiful, starts like a marching band song and then just creates this enormous show of something so small, somehow making it work. that 20's -ish twist adds so much more and highlights a whole new story from the same song, it's like magic.

*_LYRICS_* I've been searching, nothing's working I've been tripping, no one's perfect Chasing vision, just the surface Shirt's on backwards, not on purpose, yeah I've been learning, something bigger Expectations, feet were failing I found blessings flowing from The sight of heaven Staring into my reflection Redirecting my perfection somewhere else When there isn't any progress Lean on truth inside the promise, it is well I hold my life out in front of me, dreams of who I want to be I'm seeing every empty page I find that everything I am is everything I should be I don't need to run away I don't need to run away I don't need to run away Something's working, heart is turning Vision's clear, and still I'm learning That what I am, what I am, what I am, what I am Is something more than I can plan Go, tell me now! I don't need to run away Have I been standing on a stage, or just a mirror? I'm forced to face who I become Searching for a new escape I scan the exits that embrace an easy out I hold my life out in front of me, dreams of who I want to be I'm seeing every empty page I find that everything I am is everything I should be I don't need to run away I don't need to run away (I don't need to run away) I don't need to run away I don't need to run away I don't need to run away No, I don't need to run away

I feel like I have never fully felt this song like you do singing it. It is one of my favorite songs to sing but I am always held back with emotion. About 3:13 when you really flow into the high note. The feeling of it. I am always too emotional or in a situation where I am trying not to be loud that I don't get to express that high of the song. Really Thank you. All of your work is beautiful, These orchestra versions are just some of my favorite music without question. Some of the most beautiful work I have ever herd. Agni Parthene remains my favorite piece of music but God bless you all, all of your work has helped me be a light despite hard times.

no song has ever made me feel the way this song did the first time I heard it. I felt… completely alive. it stills gives me chills. this song feels like the last rays of orange sunlight shining over the mountains at sunset. it feels like moonlight sparkling on the water of a clear lake. it feels like lovers dancing through a field of clovers. I can hardly begin to articulate how truly and fully ALIVE this song makes me feel. it satisfies a hunger deep down in my soul that I didn’t even know I had.
@bmcbee1474 жыл бұрын
From a critical standpoint, this is a truly amazing variation in style. This isnt some simple redub of the same song into an orchestral setting but rather a complete changeover. It is a genre the band has never yet explored, and that, I think, is a good way to describe "in Florescence:" the old growing into something new.
