After seeing you help Rich at Deboss, I'm really hoping you get a ton more followers. You're a master at fender bashing, and pretty much everything hot rod!

Enjoyed this one very much. You make the impossible, possible and the difficult look easy. That truck is really coming along. Really impressed also with Austin's patch work. He has learned a lot from this project. Very cool. Gotta keep passing hot rodding knowledge down to the new generation. I love that part of the show.

Ps, I used to build and modify drive shafts for trucks buses and cars. I don't think you will need that centre bearing mount with the shaft that length. If you can safely do without those things it is a plus and less stuff the wear out.

I bought a 1986 square body S-10 to do an LS swap.. I bought it from an old man 15 yrs ago and it has a 2.8 ltr V6 , 5 speed with only 54k miles on it . Its an extended cab , which is what I wanted because I think they look cool. I kinda hate to pull it apart because it runs & drives perfect & other than sunburned paint the body is flawless... But the 2.8 is gutless & I want want some zip ... But I'm gonna drop the 5.3 in it & clear coat the patina .. Next wk the cab & bed comes off & the swap begins...
