I’m from Vegas and I was here at this game, this was my first time seeing an HBCU band perform and it really inspired me so much. I’m forever pissed at whoever said side to side marching was “professional” and not this style. In my band I don’t think we’ve ever seen a crowd this hyped and we’ve definitely never actually people clapping and cheering at our formations. Why can’t we do stuff like this 😭😭❤️

Ppl got to understand... Being in the band from the south was special... From elementary, high school to college... Our band directors presented us the music/songs for the show.. we rehearsed/memorized each n every song.. didn't need no music sheets... Long rehearsals and late evening halftime show practices.. formations, dances n etc... But when it was "showtime" it was well worth it to see and hear the applauds n adulation from the crowd...
