Contrary to national headlines, Maui's housing market keeps moving forward. Despite an inventory crisis, properties keep selling. In 2023 so far, 44% of homes sold above list price, and 37% were cash deals. In the condo market, 51% sold at or over list price, with 48% being cash deals. DM me for a market report in your area.
