I used to see some of these large ships when I lived in the high Arctic as once a year we would be delivered our yearly supplies. They couldn’t dock though, they stayed out in the water and boats were used to deliver the containers to shore. I even had a vehicle delivered this way. It was like Christmas Day when the sealift arrived, everyone was so excited.

@@tylermcnally8232 its actually really cool how it works, we use a system similar to sweden, and its actually so effective that if we wanted to we could actually buy trash from neighbouring cities for an extremely low price and use it for energy. Keeps electricity bills low and keeps the city clean.

We get 4-6 off those coming each day to Port Of Antwerp, ive seen 8 of those being ofloaded at the same time (more then once) And we aren"t even close to being the biggest port of Europe (in terms of containers that is) North America is seriously lagging behind the rest off the world in terms of port infrastructure

I’m pretty sure CMA CGM has dock a vessel in this class in Vancouver a little while ago. It was almost 400 m in length. Suggest checking your facts with the Port Authority.
