Love the brass band music! Not sure about the uncredited narrator. The name of the architect of the Town Hall was Charles Barrie not Barney!

Concerts from famous bands, which can be heard as far as Illingworth at times, more TV appearance thanks to MARVEL using it as one of their 'Secret Invasion' series' locations, among many regular events that have helped fill more of the stores again
