Can you imagine being so good, that a guy who was as good as Sapp say “you’re it?” I always watch Donald as close as a can and he is that good. The guy disrupts as much as anyone who plays the game. Not at all. They are the "foundation", especially Deacon Jones, of the topic: modern defensive ends. Aaron Donald, If he isn't already, will be in the same topic when he retires. The best? That's always subjective. But you have some names universally regognized. Jones, Smith, White and, why not, Donald are prime examples. I'm sure Bruce Smith will give Aaron Donald his props too if asked, and the same can be said about Jones and White If they were among us. True greats know greatness when they see it
