I loved the Martha Stewart documentary. She’s an amazing woman and my mom just loves her. I’ve been watching her since the 90’s. My Mom actually went to finishing school and was debutante. My mom is now 78 and was professor of anthropology. My mom is actually a lot like her. An amazing cook, speaks several languages and has a wicked sense of humor like Martha but considerably shorter 😂😂 love ❤️ you guys

You guys don’t do Halloween by half! It’s not such a big deal in the UK, although we’re such copycats, that I think it’s becoming bigger. Not too many decorate like you do, though. It’s great to see your family have so much fun. BTW, your portrait of your ancestor looks a bit like that American journalist, Anderson Cooper (I think his name is). This is so opposite to my experience of Halloween growing up. The only decorating we did at all was jack-o’-lanterns on the front porch, and I went trick-or-treating with my best friend in his neighborhood because our neighborhood was not conducive to trick-or-treating. Of course, the difference between a small town and a big city has a lot to do with it. Your decorations looked fantastic, and clearly everybody was having fun at the party. By the way, as it happens, the day after Halloween was my grandmother‘s birthday, and it probably got a bigger celebration than Halloween did.
