Outstanding! I don't know how your Trick-or-Treaters are, but where I am they breeze through quickly. Yes they enjoy the haunt, but I think the average stay time is about a minute ... MAYBE two. So I usually have to pull myself back from putting too much detail into a prop. Just enough to get the feel/reaction, then let their minds fill in the rest. I talked to some people afterward, and they seem to remember much more than was actually there. Lighting and music are the big helpers ... lighting and music. Can't wait for the next installment!

Thanks bud. Here in the UK Halloween usually happens during half term which is when most of the kids are off school for about a week. This means that a lot of the people who come to see my haunt, do spend quite awhile looking at my display. So hopefully all the details I’ve put into this won’t be for nothing. Looks great. To help support the wall build a wooden frame box that you hang cheap black landscape fabric ( so door way is dark & place your prop inside of box & put a small low light colored light behind to back light your character prop .

Looking amazing. It was even cool seeing the difference from the beginning to the end. The overall highlights and lighter bricks around the doorway really made it pop. I agree with David, your dragon is made to be around the castle. At this rate you'll be done by mid August. Keep up the great work, it's an inspiration to all of us! Can't wait to see the final result!

Looks really nice Dan. Let me guess. You're looking at your daily make-up vlogs and suddenly you thought to yourself: "I think those high-lights would also work with my castle facade's wet stone look!" 😅. Anyway im unable to react as much as i normally do cause i got hit by "long-covid". i just started my 7th week at home and had to remove all my halloween diy stuff. Unfortunately i'm forced to skip this years halloween progress. Had allot of plans also someone gave me a stage for my animatronic show 31Aug but i've had to cancel it. So no it's not that i don't like your videos anymore haha but everything just costs so much of energy. ANyway, keep them coming Dan it will continue giving me that warm fuzzy/cozy feeling thinking about halloween, and motivates me for next year maybe! 🎃
