For the skirt. The black. Is that all done in the back loop only ? Before I mess this up Lol

Oh Tracy I hope I am not too late replying to your question! For the skirt, only rounds 2 and 3 are working on the back loop, after that, you are back working normally grabbing the stitch. And once you reach round 8, you will work in the front loop!

I'm half way through the head and it's almost 2am. It's looking super cute so far but I don't know why mine is 3times the size of yours? It's in proportion, I think so not too worried.

Hello! We have a night owl here! ❤️ There are a couple of things that can influence the finished size. If you are working with a 2mm crochet hook and a light cotton yarn, and your doll is still 3x bigger, it can be the tension of our stitches. My stitches are very tight. But if you are working for example with acrylic yarn, and the same 2mm needle, your doll will be bigger just because of the nature of the thread! If you increase the needle, that reflects straight on the size of your toy! There are the most common reasons why the toy result gets bigger or smaller. I hope this can help!
