Omg I love the Chucky animatronic prop that’s freaken sick!!! He literally moved the exact way from the Child’s play movies which is an amazing detail done on him, and also with me having a Child’s play Chucky doll seeing that makes me wish to have a real life animatronic moving one haha….

How quick is the turnaround on this video? Kitra you are an editing machine!!! On a personal note, I’m so glad that there wasn’t a huge amount of incredibly heavy rock music this year - especially in the Universal Monsters house - it’s just not a spooky sound for me. There was some truly creepy atmospheric music this year, and some truly spooky houses. Can’t wait for the Hollywood HHN and more importantly Oogie Boogie Bash (my personal favourite Halloween event).

The houses that look the best were the Louisiana musician house whatever it was called, Stranger Things, The Merlin House, the blood moon house had awesome sets but don’t think it topped the one from last year with the ships, and the exorcist house looked scary as hell pun intended. Oh and the Oddfellow’s circus looked great and wacky too. I don’t find clowns scary at all but there were one or two who were scary! The one that scared Kitra that had the strobe light on its face laughing creeped me out.

I've never been a huge haunted house fan because of my claustrophobia, but these seem spacious enough that it might be more enjoyable. A lot of the sets were so amazing, they should have awards for these! Thanks for going to the press event so you could film inside!

WOW Universal did such an amazing job this year I'm very impressed there is always so much hype surrounding HHN and they outdid themselves my favorites were all the original houses they don't even need ip's in my opinion Yeti, Dueling Dragons and Darkest Deal were gorgeous, Chucky was disappointing as usual and Last of Us was OK but everything else including the scare zones was so good loved Vamp 69 especially and that bat lady! 🖤🦇

This all comes off a bit campy through the screen, but it must be scarier in person. Some great cinematography on your part filming those scare zones though. The house based on Dueling Dragons is interesting to bring in the Park Lore, they should do more like that for lost areas and attractions (e.g. Jaws, Poseidon's Furry etc. ).
