I'm a huge fan. I became a horror fan because of Halloween 1978 when I was 14. This was nothing but seeing how gory they could make it. No story...nothing. Had to be the worse Halloween ever. I'm actually disappointed that Jamie Lee Curtis did this movie.

Every kill is so obvious and every sound is him...Everytime...0 mystery 0 suspense....oh and the retcon 1978 flashback is so awful I will not be seeing Halloween ends or even recognizing this franchise...that one scene ruined the entire franchise.

Spoilers: ⛔️ ⚠️ I thought it was good but ok at the same time. The reason I say that is because it doesn’t make since that they changed the plot. Michael is supposed to be going for Laurie and in this movie he didn’t pay Laurie any attention. He just completely ignored her. I thought they were trying to make this like Halloween ll when Laurie is in the hospital then Michael comes for her but I guess not. And then they didn’t give us any hint or reasoning to why Karen did what she did at the end.
