I am soon to be 60yr young. I decorate for Halloween every yr. I do it for me as well as the joy That it gives the people that drive by. Bought my 12th skeleton today. I give them names as well. The family is Mortimer SR , mother is Guinevere. The six children are Jack, Henry, Morty Junior, Penélope, Clementine, Victoria. Today I purchased a new one and I had the clerk that checked me out name her. She is an adult I received her from five below for $20. The name is Primrose. Name ideas for Josh's friends- Clint, Craig, Tobey, Mike (from my brother's high school friends in the 90's, they weren't bad, just annoying to this lil sister 😆). Love the yard decor! This year I got the witch from Home Depot. I was undecided on what to get. But I truly love the 12ft skeleton. I may consider him for next year maybe… 😊 this is actually my first year going big for Halloween decor. I only did 2 light up ghosts infront of my door last year BUT this year….we are going big and most likely get bigger each year since my husband and I love decorating outside.

Wow I am so jealous! I currently live in a townhome and we don’t have much room to decorate but we’re looking for a new house so hopefully next year I can go all out. For Josh, maybe the cinder blocks you can cover with pumpkins or hay bales and name his friends chad, brad and matty. Also with your extension cords you could cut a hole in Tupperware so you can put the plugs inside and make them more waterproof in case it rains. (If that makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️😂) I’m looking forward to seeing more videos and would love if we could be mom friends!

OH! The fogger is a power hog... run it on a cord all by itself. Your lights look to be low power and will probably work on a single house plug. Just add a GFCI so nobody gets shocked if the grass is wet.

Hello Kilee, Great Job, Love to have the Golf Cart. Nice you live in a warm area, getting cold here in Pa. When making those witches with the hats, you have a face under there, with the black table cloths on the heads, get the eyes cut out, put some lights in there, then glue the hats on so the eyes with light when done. Get some metal tee post, can use the for ever, they come in all lengths (buy tee post at tractor supply or Lowes), Try it Kille. 🎃Get some GFCI plugs.😈👹👺🎃

Hi Kilee! I LOVE halloween!! I decorate every year and you've given me a few new ideas! I love the idea of the graveyard arch as well as the witches cauldron. Very COOL! I do a graveyard (skeletons, witches, ghouls) every year, I used to do it bigger but there are challenges where I live in New England which tend to destroy my set up. How do you deal with lots of rain? wind? Oh and I liked the idea of how to stabilize your gravestones with PVC on the back. I'd share a pic but I can't figure out how! Happy Halloween!!

2 months looking for a Caldron, and they were all expensive for being plastic. Last week, i saw a DIY where she said she got hers at Target. I went and saw one on the floor and a smaller version as well. I got both, and they were heavy. Thought i don't care if they cost $100.00. $40.00 for the small one, $10.00 for the big one. When I got home, i noticed the ticket on the big heavy caldron had the wrong sticker inside. It was for a candy dish. I thank God for finxing the best one and 2 weeks in N Carolina they wanted $35.00 for a plastic one. Im happy. I finished it off with 2 different size florecents Christmas balls. I put a changeable round lights under the balls, and i can cange it any color i want. Your decorations are awesome

I buy rebar from Lowe's or Home Depot and bang it into the ground with a hammer and slide the dollar store broom handles over it to make my lawn decorations. They come in different lengths and are relatively cheap plus the winds won't knock your display over with these. We even used bamboo torches (on clearance) from Walmart for a $1 each last year which my husband then cut a hole in the top of the head of Dollar Tree plastic skulls, pushed them down over the torches, I wrapped some Dollar Tree rope around them to hide the edges and hot glued it. On Halloween he lit them along the sidewalk into the house but he kept them back on the lawn, far enough to be spooky but not dangerous to any little Halloween trick or treaters.
