A plaga mutation, the Regenerador appears in Resident Evil 4. You can find more information on the wikia, but basically it is a being that was once a human, and had its bones stripped from its body, then infested with these leech like plaga's to mutate its body into a strange zombie like corpse, that can regenerate.
