I grew up in St. Helens, OR where the film was shot. I was in the movie as background extra. One of my best friends made this Halloweentown pumpkin that you see today sitting in the town during October. Shout out to Byron Ohler..... Seasons screamingS...🎃🎃..... BTW ... Twilight was filmed there too.

That's amazing! It must be so special to have grown up in St. Helens where such iconic movies were filmed. Being a background extra in *Halloweentown* is something to be proud of, and it’s awesome that your friend, Byron Ohler, created the pumpkin that continues to bring so much Halloween spirit to the town. Shout out to Byron for keeping the magic alive! *Seasons screamings* to you too! And wow, *Twilight* as well? St. Helens really is a hub for movie magic.

Awesome job and idea as usual. I love the Halloweentown movies. The pumpkin looks amazing. Great nistalgial vibes. My son was born on Halloween so we love all the family Halloween movies. Here is another great idea. Can you make a giant cauldron like in Hocus Pocus? Grandma Aggie also had a giant cauldron in Halloweentown she used as the witches glass before they started using mirrors. Love to see all the amazing things you come up with. Thank you for sharing all your great ideas with us. Can't wait to see your display for this year. 🧡 🤎 💛 🍁 🍂 🎃 👻

Thank you so much! I'm thrilled that you love the *Halloweentown* movies and the pumpkin I created. It’s always great to connect with fellow Halloween enthusiasts, especially when the love for it runs in the family like with your son! I think a giant cauldron, especially inspired by *Hocus Pocus* or Grandma Aggie's from *Halloweentown*, is an awesome idea. I'll definitely keep that in mind for a future project. I really appreciate your support, and I can't wait to share this year’s display with you. Thanks again for being such an amazing part of this Halloween community!

@ScoopButtersworth4 ай бұрын
Nice !!! Any idea if we do not have access for styro blocks? and using Expanding foam is $$$ and will require a bunch of cannisters. Any alternative option to make a pumpkin this big!!?
@IsaacAlexanderDIY4 ай бұрын
The problem is that you would need copious amounts of expanding foam to make anything near the size I did, that would be a lot of money and a lot of time and carving. Styrofoam is the easiest, yet most difficult to acquire. There is a creator here that I recently saw make a giant jack-o’-lantern with foam, I will try to find her video and share it
