I tend to reload my weapons whenever there's open free time to do so. No point in letting them otherwise sit partially empty when you know you'll be heading into another battle not too long later, or if you're having to take cover. Might as well fill em up while you're unable to shoot. Keep it ready rather than be forced to wait through a reload when you could've had a perfect shot. And it may not be on Legendary, but it is Heroic. Still a hard game mode. You'll die if you're not careful and cautionary. Since Mythic wants to make this like a real-scenario watching experience, they gotta make sure not to have Chief die on us and have the universe fall to ruin. Bad ending XP Nobody really just respawns from death, not even the almighty Master Chief :P It'd be far more annoying seeing them die and having to redo combat, or cut the video and snap back to about the moment of their death. Much better Mythics way.

I'd like to point out something in the dialog at 5:57, the conversation between Cortana and Master Chief. He says that "someone should have found them by now" and I'm thinking that chief doesn't understand how big the galaxy is. It is also weird that in the story know one actually seems interested in saving the chief nor mentioning anything about a search party, prior to the chief contacting the UNSC ship Infinity.

You know, an immersive experiente implies you follow the character's personality, do what he would do. And I'm pretty sure master chief wouldn't have killed a fellow soldier for his gun, nor abandoned the cientists crying for help. When you do that, it breaks the experience.

@@mellowmelly9258 not when they're trying to make a theatrical presentation of the game. If you wanna play it real, you gotta play it real. I have watched the chronological story of Mythics thus far, and that's really my only problem with their vids, but a big one. No person in their position would do that. Especially when it's not necessary. You can swap weapons freely, or ask to take their spot in a vehicle or turret. Never a need to kill a fellow soldier who is there to actually help your game go more smoothly. You can even give them a deadly weapon that then has infinite ammo since it's on an AI. Like you can use an RPG, use it yourself and take it down to 1-shot, then hand it off to a trooper to use for as long as they live and have targets to shoot at. Just never a good reason to kill a pal. Ever. Some players do decide to do stuff like that, and that's fine, even if you're a recorder to post on YT, but on this particular player... No, it's not fine. It's very very out of place and crass. Bothers the hell out of me every single time.

It had a lot of poor creative choices compared to Halo 1-3. First ones had 3 very distinct styles with the forerunner stuff, human stuff and covenant stuff. They were really well designed, distinct from each other, and coherent packages across vehicles, characters, weapons, environment. This one didn't quite fit the same pattern. I didn't buy into the floaty objects with orange light stuff, didn't seem well developed from a story point of view and didn't make sense from a design point of view either. It was derivative of 3 distinct styles, all alien to each other. Mushy and unclear what it was all about. Didn't offer a new style. The storytelling and voice acting was a little off in this too. In terms of gameplay they did a lot of tell rather than show. The first games had a very easy style with getting you to go to objectives, gave you a believable feeling of freedom of choice by letting you take your time getting to the next objective. When you got to it it was obvious what was next, why it was there and what was motivating you to push it/use it. Cortana in this one yaps incessantly about whatever the next button press is, but the reason for the button press is told to you without the environment making it obvious. You should be able to play without sound and have an idea what's going on. The first 3 do that, this doesn't. GO THROUGH THE PORTAL! Ok sure but why the fuck do I have to go through this portal and why are you shouting at me. Let me figure it out please.

It's fully understandable why most halo fans show hate for this game; it's not bungie making the game anymore, many enemies from past games aren't here, the UNSC characters in the game (other than Lasky) are annoying as hell, the multiplayer lost all the competition, but the in-game campaign compensated it! I actually like this game because of it, I found it worth eing called a Halo game, so just stop your butthurt and deal with it! You all had this year Bungie's Destiny and MCC is coming this year's end for our happiness. Before finishing what I'm saying, I hate this new fanbase, never open to changes and just bitching about anything they get, I hate this fanbase with all my forces! I embraced the game, gave it a chance and it didn't disappoint me.

I enjoyed the campaign and the multiplayer. I didn't care for Spartan Ops and would have preferred an updated Firefight co-op mode. I like how Chief's and Cortana's characters evolved, even though Cortana from halo 3 is my favorite. I actually liked the multiplayer. I had fun with it. I stopped playing though, because I got tired of playing on the same old maps over and over and over again. I mostly play BTB. I LOVE BTB, but when you pay for all the maps and still play on the same maps the game shipped with, it gets old real fast. Otherwise I'd probably still be playing it. That's why I'm glad that the MCC will have all the DLC maps so that won't ever be an issue again for Halo 1 - 4 mp.

EDIT. okay just finished the game. loved it. way better than i remembered its not halo because it doesnt feel like the other halos but thats not bad. some inovation is not always bad the story fits in the universe imo. the graphics are good, the gameplay is good. The only two things i dislike the Chief speaks way more in this game more than all the games combined by comparison i bet it in general it doesnt feel like halo feels more like a cod game. - S P O I L E R S - and the "final boss fight"

Oh I love how they made every weapon up to par of this Halo when making Spartan Assault. Finally beat that today on Steam. Why don't they make any Halo besides that one for Windows? Are they both not owned by Microsoft?
