Actually they are the Spartans from Halo 4 Spartan IVs. The Spartans from the Spartan III program are pretty much all dead by the end of Onyx except for like two who were trapped with a couple of Spartan II's and Dr. Halsey in some kind of forerunner shield world.

Im on a roll of discovering good bands today. Thanks for showing me another. Also, really liked the video, although I was not a fan of the Halo 4 storyline. While it was well told, and the plot was decent, It felt too much like I was starting over. Its a lot like the Halo Universe was repeating itself, with a new threat to humanity, (blah blah) while I played it. Also, the monotonous tone of seriousness and violence really made the levels blur together. Needs more humor like the other halos.
