I really enjoyed halo 4 it was a fun ass take the story was amazing the multiplayer was different but it was still a fun game I played it a lot and I been with halo since the ce days and I can really say I enjoyed halo 4 and 5 for that matter and halo 5 had a incredible multiplayer and this is coming from a guy who was there during the ce days and the hey days of halo 3 and the online I was there during all of it and I enjoyed the 343 era of halo yea they made mistakes for sure but they did a lot of cool things to

It's not that good, Spartan ops grinded people into a nub. Multiplayer really did not allow a balanced way to play due to people gravitating to certain guns, similar to COD players. Campaign was annoying as the covenant weapons were all useless and the story was strange since it came off as Cortana was in love with chief and not just caring about someone. And the didact was such a weak villain and th cutscene with the librarian so much exposition and prior knowledge.

for sure the campaign was bad, but the multiplayer itself was fun, every game has its broken weapons but most of the time people either used BR or DMR so having class loadouts wasn’t rly needed, even then the lightrifle was hella underrated, it was just people needing to learn how to use a different sandbox bc of loadouts, other than that the game itself isn’t good, but the multiplayer was hated on too much imo
