Halo Reach: Covenant Campaign Mod

An interesting mod I spotted on the Nexus to spice up your halo campaign. May upload a video of the second mission if interest peaks.

Mission 02 - WINTER CONTINGENCY
We have reason to believe the Human colony world they call 'Reach' may be a the location of a large cache of sacred artifacts. Our mission is to make planetfall and infiltrate an enemy Relay Outpost that should hold data on the existence of these artifacts. If we can confirm their presence here, the Ministry will initiate a full scale assault on the planet to help us secure them.
A recon team of Special Operations Unggoy have been sent ahead to get a read of the area, but have not reported back. If we come across them we're to evac them so the Humans have no chance to learn our plans - Unggoy are not known for their self restraint when under questioning.
That is all. Let us bring glory to the Hierarchs and honor to our forefathers.

Swap Noble's voice lines to Sangheili gibberish outside of cutscenes, replace the human enemies' magnums with assault rifles, fix the enemy spartan AI because it looked really unresponsive and just stood there, and make Six, Kat, Jorge, Emile and Jun zealots and Carter a field marshal with the right armor colors.

They're motionless because those specific models don't have those animations tide to them. There's a specific model used for cutscenes and obviously, they're not meant to be in the places they are so therefore they don't have the animations they need for the scene, so they're motionless...could be worse though , they could be T-posing

The only thing I don't like is how all the enemies are just Marines & Spartans. Here's what I would do: Civilians = Grunts. Military Police = Jackals ODSTs = Brutes Marines = Elites Spartans = Hunters

Well, part of the problem is it seems the Marine Helmets actually have to be shot off first before you can one shot them, (much like the Helmet Grunts and Brutes in Reach) even so, no Marine should have taken more than 3 shots to put down. His aim could definitely use some work.

Personal opinion of how this should've been done: voice lines removed and replaced with the elite gibberish, or halo 3/5 elite tone english, would be hard to do however. Next, the campaign is directly overhauled, made it where its the elite's point of view of whats going on, made it possible to fight noble six at the very end of course, yet, whats missing (whats mentioned in normal dialogue, like my son part where you search for him and such, to find the covenant, you get to do that as the elite. Raid the base and so on. Even be a zealot in the first mission and such. Some missions may not be possible, yet, the ones that are fun and such is meant for the elite playthrough, 1st, 2nd, some others. New Alexandria wouldnt be a good mission due to the size and just time consuming moments. All deaths of noble team are shown from another view. Personally Bungie Should of done this thing a long time ago. Note: i know none of this is possible as of now but its just a fun thing to imagine

Yeah imagine you play as the Zealot team instead of Noble team. The first mission you are looking for that key held by the scientist in the outpost because it has forerunner artifacts. You start by creeping around killing militia (like the farmer's son) then raid the base and take out the "missing troopers" then fight noble team but run away. Then you could do the various other missions like attacking sword base because you know Noble team will be taking the "latch key" to Halsey there, maybe you do your own recon mission on Nightfall to kill the militia there and establish the Covenant base, then fight against the UNSC on Tip of the Spear, maybe even play as the Zealot that you try to kill as Noble Six but now you have to escape the battlefield. In Long Night of Solace you are a Zealot team trying to destroy the Sabres before Noble team launches so you attack the base, then for the rest of the mission you play as a Seraph pilot fighting over Reach. In the New Alexandria mission you link of with some Brutes and help them fight ODSTs and massacre civilians then in the next mission you fly a Banshee around to help Covenant squads ACTIVATE the jammers instead of destroying them. Finally in the Package you manage to find the Forerunner artifacts under sword base, then pursue Noble Team to wipe them out and steal Cortana and at the end fight a boss battle against Emile and Noble Six. Finally on Lone Wolf instead of being a lone Spartan you are with a huge army of Covenant wiping out a large unit of Spartans making their last stand. The campaign could actually easily be repurposed just with different dialogue, cutscenes would still be trash though.
