This leitmotif of this song was tailored for Noble team, in the very back on the violins and cellos (and also played in part by the brass), you hear the melody of B312. This is Noble Team's Theme at Full strength. All Six team members. As you play missions involving less members you hear only certain instruments being played. Like their roles in the team, the instruments fill a certain role in the music. The Low and Mid-Strings are for Noble Six. Subdued, quiet, yet present and strong. As members die, certain instruments are never used again as the theme plays. Then as you face down the waves of Brutes on Platform Delta (The Pillar of Autumn) The Low and Mid strings play loudly as the drums rumble in the background (Usually punctuated by the MAC firing as you face down Four Brute Chieftains at once. At this point in the story, as far as Noble Six and Emile were concerned, it was just the two of them left.
