@@nenrain 100% agree separate universe. Halo 4 did it right, paramount takes off the helmet too much, yes, but I think it's worth it for me to see emotion on human faces. He feels untouchable with the helmet. He feels vulnerable with it off. A drama isnt good if we're never worried about the main character. Yes there is danger with helmet on, but subconsciously, we're not afraid as viewers.

I know Master Chief, and this ain’t him. Also, why is Cortana life sized? This seems like a cool sci fi show, but in my opinion, it bears little resemblance to the Halo that I know and love.

I really liked the action scenes in the first season, but if I can make one suggestion, it would be to work a little harder on Masterchiefs weight and mass. It seems y'all ain't the only show or movie that has this CGI problem. So I guess it might be a little too expensive on anything other than blockbuster movie budgets. When they flip around and/or jump, or when they land on things like car hoods. Their armor weighs half a ton but they don't look like they have any momentum or weight in their movements. I assume this is an issue because of CGI and how hard it is to animate the models to represent such things. Other than that, they killed it in the looks department, and I couldn't be happier with the awesome action scenes. But if you're ever able to represent the weight and momentum that a Spartan and Covenant carry, it would just take it to the next level. Again, I couldn't be happier with the way they looked. And I can't wait to see all the badass action scenes in season 2. 1:21 1:21

no season 2 is apparently a soft reset, meaning they try their best not to mention too much of the events of season 1 other than key plot points such as Kwan Ha, Soren and the Rubble and Dr Halsey fleeing Reach. Not sure if Cortana is even in Season 2 tbh.

I know this sounds strange but John 115 seems different than in the books. It this series he has problems with life and isn't so centered. The John in the books has some questions about himself and life but mostly he is the perfect soldier that never brakes a sweet and always does the right thing when he talks people listen. He's more fallible in the series than in the books and I am not sure but I think they changed the story a bit. Halsey the actress is a perfect Halsey also the Spartans in the series argue some times and are not friendly with each other all the time. In the books they are perfect brothers and sisters they always get along and work together perfectly correct me if I am wrong these Spartans have problems and are more fallible than the ones in the books have a good day.
