hey @chrispycrutch so glad you liked the video 🤗 So our little private experience was quite impulsive tbh, we just went to the port, not the Tuan Chau Port, but the Halong International Cruise Port, and then just tried to negotiate with some of the operators to take us into Bai Tu Long Bay. Most were unwilling, and not particularly helpful or flexible, but eventually we found someone willing to "play ball"! I wish we had better advice on that particular part of the journey but in all honesty the current structure of tourism in the area was not very well suited for it, hence the giant boat to ourselves 🤣

Hello! Thanks so much for feedback! we really appreciate it! So you can fly a drone in vietnam, but it does require an application for every drone flight so be sure to do that before you want to fly

Love your videos! We are travelling to Vietnam with my wife and daughter (1 year old). But are planning 3 nights in Ninh binh then trying to decide whether we stay in a hotel in Ha Long and do a day trip cruise or just do 2 nights on a cruise. What do you recommend?

Hey there! Thanks for your comment! Sounds like a wonderful trip! I would say for 2 nights, I would recommend a cruise to keep it easy, especially with a baby :). It's super stressfree and they can pick you up in Hanoi directly as well! Let me know any questions you have!
