I went to watch the podcast on Spotify (neat btw I didn’t know that was a thing) and I had to come back halfway through to say that I fucking love the questions Alex asks. They’re so thoughtful and reflective, I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever watched an interview that dug this deep in such an empathetic, trauma informed way. You can tell she felt safe in the whole conversation. I also really appreciated ash going into her childhood like she did. I grew up in an emotionally and physically abusive household and no one has ever really talked about it outside of mommy or daddy issues. Hurt feelings on TGI pierced me and I felt so validated and seen. I love this interview, I’ve been a fan of ash/halsey for a long time and have so much love for them. I’m really excited to watch the other full length interviews on the podcast. Thank you 🖤
