Very good first pileup Raisa - congratulations! Good ears, solid memory, tranquility and control of the pileup - those are the ingredients of which good operators are made. And when there are A LOT of callers who cannot hear you under the pileup - just go to split frequency operation. We all are anxiously waiting for your next video...

Hello Raisa. I've been a ham for over 20 years but not very active until I moved to Senegal 3 years ago as 6W1SU. I also became used to pile ups. One method that I used to control pile ups is to use numbers in prefixes. For example, I would call for only call signs with number 1 in prefix. After perhaps 5 QSOs, I would then ask for only call signs with a 2 in prefix. Don't forget 0 is a number. I forgot the first time! I recently moved to Paris and awaiting a F5V call sign. With luck, we might make a QSO. Enjoy the hobby! Ron VE3REV

Ron, thank you very much for your very important advice. Yes, sometimes it’s very difficult to disassemble the station in Pile up. And it is very good idea!!! Hope to hear F5V very soon! :) 73&88

Raisa, every step you take on short waves is getting harder. It is very good that you are not afraid of difficulties. When working in the Pile Up I advise you to master the split-method. I wish you new success! Boris, OH5ZZ
