at 1:23, It's out. Normally people would say free-ball but the positioning of the arms make it look like it was a forced recieve, especially when it looks like it's an uncomfortable position. His head being out past his shoulders support this, the positioning meaning it'll be B: Out ball. Edit: I was right!

Have you considered running at the spike from the outside, so going right to left? it always looks like when you run at the ball to spike its a little to far right for you to comfortably hit it

nice gameplay but u have a problem with ur approaching. u need to approach with the ball instead of going to a certain place and hope the fall will fall to ur hand. that's why u randomly fall when spiking or the ball gets behind u
