Noah was killed in gaza on oct 7. at a so called civilian hospital that was hiding a terror base. She was taken hostage but because of her injuries inflicted by hamas, someone - either a doctor or terrorist - decided she was too much of a burden to them and so they murdered her. There was no IDF in gaza at the time. Her body was found by them later.
