I suggest you create a 'additional family member' with $0 cost, for the additional family members. That's how we have it in our club, the 'primary' family member gets "family membership" and pays the family rates, then the rest of the folks added are 'additional family' and have $0 dues, since they're covered by the family rate already paid.

Have you setup additional administrators for the site? We are trying to do it, and have added others as administrators, but they do not see all of the extra admin items. Only the person who setup the account can see/has access to administer the site. Any ideas?
