The movement shown in the video is a 505 made in Lancaster, Pa. The movement used in Hamilton-Ricoh watches is the Japanese 555e which is a slightly reengineered 505. If the watch is a Hamilton-Ricoh then someone changed the 555e movement with a 505.

I'll check it out. The dial is Hamilton-Ricoh. There seems to be some mystery of who made what regarding this watch. Regardless, it's cool. Happy to have it.
