Like Spark1383 said, but also: how would Burn feel if it was immediately preceded by this? The whole point of Burn is that Eliza takes her fate into her own hands and informs Hamilton that what he's done is 900% not okay. If Angelica just did it for her for three minutes already, where is Eliza's character development? Burn (and thus the set of songs that starts with We Know and builds up to Burn) is Eliza's moment, so she can't have her climactic shift lessened by Angelica singing pretty much the same sentiment for a full song already. Doesn't mean that this isn't an incredible song, and I hope that they release an official recording someday, but that's why it's not in the show as it exists now.
