Bodybuilding is one of the best things to happen to you if done correctly. Extreme drug abuse and wrong lifting are two reasons why that often isnt the case though. And yes, body issues are very much Welcome. Only if never satisfied you are able to keep working hard and improve yourself, nothing Bad about that.

That’s cause they replay the recorded clips at a live audience, somewhere on earth, and they upload the video with the audience cheering in the background, and if you have seen the live audience, that is what they sound like. The cheering is not from where they filmed it.
