Thanks for the much requested review. How does the 3.0 compare to the Brunswick mindset? Can both be in d bag if yes how do you suggest to drill both for long oil?

You could absolutely have both in your bag! I would drill the Black Widow Pin down / Slow response, and the mindset Pin up / faster response for longer oil.

Lane return burnt up my 1st 3.0 that I had high scores with. My 2nd 3.0 was terrible until I started lofting and entry speed went up to 14.5mph…Wow! So many more strikes now and higher averages. I love this ball.

So conflicted. I had my mind made up on the extreme envy and then the black widow 3.0 is released. I feel like i need a "bigger ball" than my black widow 2.0 because i'm seeing some flooded lanes lately.. But lately it's been hard to go bowling because i show up to my local center to bowl and they turn me away because they say they are booked ALL NIGHT. 42 lane house and they have league on all but 3 lanes and they have partys reserved on those 3 lanes..

Hopefully this helps: The Extreme Envy has a much stronger core in it. With a diff of 0.054 and an int. diff of 0.022, it will flare slightly less but have a shorter hook phase than the Black Widow 3.0. The down side is that it won't have as much shape down lane as the Black widow. It's more of a smooth and strong type ball. The Black Widow 3.0 has a more continuous core. It's part of why people like it so much. with a diff of 0.058 it technically flares a little more than the Extreme Envy. It also has an int. Diff of 0.016, making it much more continuous down lane. That means more shape through the pins. The both hook roughly the same amount (within a board). So All you have to decide is the shape you want. If you want the ball to be earlier and more forward, Go with the Extreme Envy. If you want a little more length and more continuation, go Black Widow. Did that help?

@@LaneSideReviews thanks for the info! a lot to consider i'm still a new bowler I do know that sometimes i have a problem with my blackwidow 2.0 rolling forward right in front of the pins and it gets frustrating sometimes. But if there is too much oil the black widow 2.0 just goes straight. My other ball is a track stealth pearl that i got because the lanes were getting dryer and the black widow 2.0 was too aggressive and almost hooking at my feet. of course after i bought the stealth i never saw beat up lanes again so it's been mostly unused and now i have the opposite problem. I think that since i am still a newer bowler having two balls so similar to each other might not be a good idea because it will be less obvious to me when to change balls.
