No, I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless you’re doing chin ups and using that as main bicep movement, you should incorporate some sort of bicep curl.

@@ChrisPinedo hey Chris I got new job lifting heavy boxes all day long.. feel pretty solid after two days, what exercises would you recommend for me to get jacked, have two dumbells and fitness bench.. nice good quick vid 👍 like hammer curls btw

Hey there. I’d recommend doing push pull legs routine with what you got. Bench press, shoulder press, and tricep extensions for push day For pull day, I’d recommend 2 variations of rows, curls, and hammer curls. For legs, I’d do different variations of lunges & Romanian deadlifts and pistol squats. Hope this helps!
