Bro it's not possible to 3 star a base above th13 without heros everytime. I myself always struggle to get 3 stars but try using super archer clone blimp with drags or edrags cuz that's the only army with the highest chances of getting 3 stars without any heros.

And I would also try to E-mail supercell because I have almost lost an account too and they helped me get it back. But you would’ve had to have had an email or phone number associated with the account. But yes I will definitely fix the trophies requirements.
