I just purchased the Blue NU today, and I'm planning on drilling it like my Purple Hammer and Black Widow Pink Urethane just to compare them.

Great review and editing! Can't wait to use this ball at league. We have a tough shorter pattern and this looks perfect for playing straighter but limiting the downsides of urethane. This ball has that frozen rope look on house shot that I love when you get the ball speed up.

Indeed, that’s exactly how the ball feels when throwing it. I used it in league when they got toasty and this ball saved me .. So yes, I would definitely grab this for the condition you’re explaining

Great job, Brandon. I'm switching to lefty bowling because of a permanent injury to my right wrist. I'm using a Pitch Black right now, just focusing on hitting my targets. Reactive balls are too much for me right now. Any ideas how this Hammer NU would compare to a Pitch Black?

I believe the NU will be a little earlier with a tic more down lane motion..
