I'm with Mr D - once I'm in Disney I just want to stay there for the whole trip, I just love that Disney bubble - and Magic Kingdom first (and last) day, always ❤️ ..... the shelving looks great, as does the garage - plenty of storage which is always needed. Wow 90 minutes in a scanner! I hate MRIs and couldn’t have done it. Well done you 💤 Hope they can sort the pain. Very admiring of your shelving system in the garage. It’s made me look at our garage in a whole new light! 🤔Remember to make sure all the food items are in mouse proof containers! Oh we are definitely thinking about mice - we did have them on the balcony at the flat for a while - which is why we swapped to plastic plants for the last few years and got rid of the big bird feeders we used to have🤦🏼‍♂️

Lots of lovely trees damaged this morning on my rambles with the 🐕, which is sad to see but, luckily no other damage for me. We have a house of "dodgy knees and leg's" but having stairs is good as you don't end up with what Dr's call bungalow leg's, (not keeping those mussels in use). My husband can't have an MRI as he ticks the shrapnel box, he has been working on his tools for a long time, which apparently stops him having one. Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Great vlog, thanks for sharing. House is coming along nicely and liking your bargain shelving. It’s crazy the amount of packaging that mounts up and takes up more room than the actual product 🙁 We’re off to WDW at the end of March for 10 nights after a 10 night transatlantic cruise on the Queen Mary 2. That workbench looks great! Proper size and sturdy. I do hope that you visit Sweden. Fly Copenhagen and then train to Malmö. Sweden is cheaper than Denmark but it's only 36 min by train from Malmö centralstation to Copenhagen centralstation so get an hotel on this side and then travel around the region Skåne and just nip over the bridge when you fancy. I'd be happy to suggest places of interest here. Anyway, look forward to your next vlog and the kitchen getting a new look!

Your trip sounds great - it’s my 60th end of May but still not sure what we are doing - probably a few meals out with various different friends / family rather than one ‘ big meal out’ ! Hope you are ok after the crazy Friday storm and all the red alerts down there. Lots of good vlogs on Disney Genie by All Ears. Just remember the 120 min rule whereby you can book another LL two hours after the first one from park opening onwards or, as soon as you’ve ridden the your first LL attraction! It allows you to stack ride reservations but not well known so shhhhhhhhhhhh 🤣. see you in Upper 👍 xxx

Haha, sadly the pre-MRI questionnaire didn’t have a question about that! And garages are definitely not a place for cars! Could possibly get Zoe in there but doubt we’d be able to get out of the car afterwards ! And parents in Cornwall are thankfully safe but house lost a few tiles. Genie plus imo is a rip off. I used it all 4 days I was there in the parks and it only really benefited me in Magic Kingdom. At 7am, 11am, and 2pm you get a ride selection and can make others after you get done your first of the day. But that's IF you get up at 7am each day and get an early time for a ride. I'd say parks that are important to you it's great to use with but the only thing I'd ever pay for again are the big ticket attractions that aren't included in the $15 per day plan and even then you can just hop in line and get on them at the end of the day. That was just my experience though.

Hiya 🤗 it’s great seeing the garage getting all organised - those shelves did look fiddly but once you’ve cleared the boxes and built the final one it’ll all look great. I hope the Plummer came yesterday and that’s all sorted now? I hope that painting is going to plan too. We’re you all ok with the storm yesterday? We lost a few plant pots and the garden table blew out into the garden but apart from that it was all good here. I think we’re going to have mainly rain now for the next few days with a few windy patches but nothing as major as yesterday. How did you find being back in the office? Hey Leona, The office was fine, apart too many meetings and not enough time, so didn’t do much work work. Weirdly Steve the plumber did turn up - but because of Eunice we weren’t expecting him to. We think it’s fixed but we’re waiting for sealant to dry - plus has no time for a bath because painting prep took a long time. Still have more to do this morning before we start painting. And the fences out back found the storm a challenge 🤦🏼‍♂️ We have casualties 😳 So that’s something else to now sort. But we’re safe so can’t complain. Sorry about your plant pots! Hope we get the painting completed to be able to chill a bit, but David pulled his back yesterday so don’t want him to overdo nothings today Stay safe x

Thanks Vikki. We’ve always found flights 11 months out (pretty much as soon as VA release their dates). So these May dates that we have we booked last summer - and it’s why we’re only going for 10 days and not 14 because they didn’t have reward seats available. We know from experience that they don’t have loads of seats on any given flight so we’ve become accustomed to booking way, way in advance. When you have ten minutes pick the route you’d like to do and pick travel dates as far into the future as the booking calendar allows and see what number of reward seats are available - and how far in advance that they stop being available. That should give you an idea of how far in advance you need to consider making plans. And also remember that with people not being able to fly for almost two years, there are way more people chasing rewards seats than ever before. One thing e have noticed is that there does appear to be less rewards seats now then there were pre-pandemic. Hope that, in some small way, helped. Good luck with your hunting 🤞🏻

Hi Ged - we have only used our existing Vodafone SIM cards as they don’t, currently, charge for roaming. It comes off our existing allowance. Which always surprises us. Sorry we can’t be more helpful.
