Hammock has the gift of making me FEEL. No matter how empty i had become from pain, depression or loss of Hope. I always find a certain solace in this music, reminding me that even if it were all to end today, it would be okay, because life is and always has been a sacred gift, that comes but once, then disappears. And it's because of this knowing, that even in depression, i strive to live better. Because my time is limited anyway, i might as well do something positive while i am here. For myself. Awaken.

This song makes you feel everything past, present and coming. At, 2:45 you can start to feel and absorb all the emotional energy of everyone...the pain, the hope, the sorrows and the happiness...like it is coming right through you, connecting and uniting all we never met or have known. This music speaks volumes without words.....no spoken language is needed only this feeling I am filled with. Thank you......

Still,"feelings" are deceptive...I sometimes feel things,but,they just aren't Real and not based in Reality.What we do have to do,is face adversity,Bravely or with Courage and just Refuse to embrace Despair,even though,it's sometimes tempting...GOD is still there...and He's Available for Help! Just a Prayer away.
@ScottWolfskill Жыл бұрын
@@philiparcher2868 I agree, feelings can absolutely be deceptive. By accepting your thoughts I don't mean treating all of them as true and useful, but accepting the transitory process of how thoughts arise in the mind, and being mindful of your thoughts without judgment. Each thought is like a wave washing up on a beach, and enters and passes out of the mind. We become free when we accept that it is okay to have the wide variety of thoughts and feelings that we experience and we can learn from them and choose to what degree we want to be defined by them.
