I love that island campsite as well it is beautiful , nice bit of shelter for the tent and hammock with all the tree's around . Any advice on how to travel by the airlines with your personal pack and equipment?

If possible ship it in advance to save a lot. If not you have to pay a butt load for oversized baggage which has a limit. Try as hard as possible to get them to check the baggage through for any connecting flights or you will likely have to pay again l. Make sure to weigh and and check all baggage regulations in advance

Tahitian treat, kind of the same thing as the cheapest beer you can buy (we all have our list). Full of sugar and red dye #5 or whatever it used to be, known to the state of California to cause cancer and kill any lab rat when they drank at least a gallon each of the stuff. ha ha ha. Now Tahiti treat adult version that is different, at 41:55 we its effects! ha ha ha!

Thanks. This was actually Crown Land. There is a lot of crown in the Temagami area. I'm not sure about foraging rules in the different Temagami region cluster of parks although they tend to be less strict then parks like Algonquin. Best to double check

Don't know if it's an old wives tale but I've always harvested chanterelles with a knife because they say if you pull them out it affects there regrowth 😁
