I use a Green Hornet, absolutely no idea how much it was when I bought it. I sometimes like to keep a low profile, it works well for a ground set up.

Sticks sir, great review sir 👍. Out of my 3 hammocks, and the OneTigris Kompound is a win win win for the best nights sleep 😀💤
@SticksoutdoorsАй бұрын
Thank you and I agree yarps brother sir 😂😂 but the Covacure I would say for a budget is the best of both worlds
@YarpsOutdoorsАй бұрын
@@Sticksoutdoors I’ve also got a Covacure and although it’s more spacious than the OneTigris, I find that where it’s gathered at the ends it can create an uncomfortable raised tension ridge through the centre of the hammock fabric (depending how you lie of course). My cheapest hammock I picked up for around £8 if I remember correctly, it doesn’t have a bug net, but it’s still more comfortable than the Covacure. OneTigris to rule them all….😉👍

@roxrequiem2935Ай бұрын
I love hammocks as well, theres these new ones that have fiberglass or metal rods that form the dome/cylinder of the mosquito net. This allows you to use it as a single person tent on the ground and just throw a poncho over it for quick rain protection. Works both as tent and hammock, saves me the issue of finding good trees here in the rainforests where I am. The dome/cylinder is also amazing because it prevents the sides from sticking to your face because they form an arch and create tension on the hammock itself, preventing you from sinking too deep into the hammock.
@SticksoutdoorsАй бұрын
@@roxrequiem2935 🤣🤣🤣 I know exactly what you mean 🤣 You can get around not having trees most hammocks could be used as a bivy but if you don’t have the dome rods you can pitch it with sticks 🤣🤣🤣 I might do it one night🤣

First of, thanks for the video. As i'm a belly sleeper hammocks aren't really my thing., i have tried it a few times, but if you are used to falling asleep on your belly, it's tough to even fall asleep, this being my personal experience.. Next year i'll be going to Sweden and i really want to go in a hammock there., let's hope i can turn it around :) ATB from the Netherlands! 🖖😎
