Sound pressure is doubled every 3db however loudness only doubles every 10db.

That happened to me 2017 on my Honda Fireblade I too was 133dbs and was told 131dbs was the limit, luckily, I only paid for one lap as I would have lost any extra laps, if a had paid for them.

Db limit at a racetrack like that is the most stupid and liberal thing... I hate it. Same issue here in California. At least at the Ring it's 130db. At Laguna Seca it's like 87db or something.
