I really love the startup sound. The 20 inch is absolutely amazing! To me, it has everything I look for in a high velocity fan, a great range of speeds, unbelievable airflow, amazing sound, and the blade balance, while not as perfect as the TPI, is great and miles better than the Air King.

Just about everything has better balance than the Air Kings unfortunately.

@@JordanU Seeing these two fans together reminds me of a family. The big one is the mama, and the little one is the baby.

I do like the sound of it, but it's way too loud and powerful for a bedroom.

Here is a Video that Jordan Utter hasn't done in a while. this is a Family comparison of the two branded Hampton Bay High Velocity Air Circulators from each size 20" and 12". Both of them are Models SVF20 and HBF12. Because both of them are childhood fans. they also look different from each other and they're not the same. this is also going to be a video against the HUGE Brother VS SMALL Brother. And which one moves more Air between both. Hampton Bay 20" Made By SMC Model: SVF20 Date Code: (4/2002) The 20" one is an SMC Product Model. it is actually a HUGE childhood fan. because it moves a lot of air. it's also very powerful. It is dated April 2002, and was likely stocked at The Home Depot for the summer of 2002. It is an unbelievably powerful fan, quite possibly the most powerful 20" high velocity fan that He tested. There is still a descendant of this model in production, the iLiving ILG8F21 "Turbo High Velocity Fan", and while it is an excellent product by today's standards, it's definitely not as robust as this one in the video. Hampton Bay 12" Made By Patton Model: HBF12 Date Code: (4/2001) The 12" one is a Patton Product Model. because it is a SMALL childhood fan. since it runs slower. It's odd to me that Hampton Bay chose two different manufactures to make 2 models of fans that quite possibly sold side by side on the same shelf the same year. He was unsure of how long each was in production. He recalls seeing the 20" model at The Home Depot many years ago in the 2000s, but not the smaller 12". Patton did produce a similar 14" model, He was unsure if it ever surfaced under the Hampton Bay brand or not. The Hampton Bay brand is the The Home Depot's store brand and is sold there exclusively.
