Hampton Bay Landmark Plus Ceiling Fan (c.2001)

I had this fan in the dining room at my mom's house. It doesn't buzz, doesn't wobble, and is from 11/2001 too. The only difference is that it's installed on a sloped angle vaulted ceiling, so it's on a 2 foot downrod. It used to buzz, but I tightened the shades.

My next door neighbor has one like that. It’s polished brass, and has those same pull chains. The fan is okay, but not the best. It blows a descent amount of air but not a great amount of air and I think it wobbles a bit, but the fan is quiet.

No it's cause the rubber bands on the shades have fallen off or the shades aren't tight

Only the 42 inch ones buzz. The 52 inch ones don't.
