is the Sims 4 ever gonna give the privilege & right to put multiple community lots in ONE lot. we also need a nail tech career pack or kit where we can sit down & get our nails done & go to an actual nail salon ! & pedicure sections as well, like an actual nail salon NOT in a chair like front to front desk.

i NEED multi functional lots so bad. i love building multiple buildings on lot, but it sucks that you have to change the lot type if you want your sim to use another building on the same lot. i feel like it wouldn’t be too hard for them to introduce this mechanic since we’ve got the zoning mechanic from for rent

There’s a nail tech salon and career mod by Wicked Pixxel. It works amazing when you set the lot to spa. The workers hang around right by the nail station and you can ask for them to do your nails. Haven’t used all its features yet but I did have my sim get a pedicure and I chose the color and it worked smoothly!

I kind of want to see this as a house too. That would be a massive family home. I really need the Sims to come out with a "True Luxury" expansion pack. It would have a 128 x128 lot, beach lots with ocean views, yacht living, country club lot type with the ability to be multiple community lots, California King beds and other appropriately scaled furniture and appliances, etc. This is what I really want in the game right now.

I was hoping the ranch pack would at least give us one 90x90 or bigger than 64x lot like a ranch just doesn't feel realistic on a 64 as someone who lives in the rural south ranches are HUGE😊

This is probably one of my favorite builds of yours! So much detail and the basement looks AMAZING. I especially loved the bamboo behind glass touch, so authentic! I'm currently at work watching youtube videos while working. Been since Fri morning without power over here in SC, USA due to the Hurricane and it was such a joy to just hear you talk about this build and watch. Thankfully we are OK, but many are not w/ houses and livelihoods destroyed. So it's the little things such as KZbin videos of Sim builders that keep me grateful

I love when creators take the time to build lots for the sims 4 cause what they give us I wouldn’t say is bad just very odd and not very realistic/cluttered regardless of it’s nice to see different talents,styles and inspirational content being made❤

All of your builds are absolutely amazing but this one is phenomenal. Also it helped me so much. Ive tried to build this style before, and I ended up rage quitting . But yesterday after I watched this i ended up building a family home and I feel like I finally learned how to do this style roofing because of this video. Gameplay suggestion for this country club: what if you made it a private residential as lot type, and had a rich person living there - then all members of the club gets a house key 🔑 so they can come and go as they please! That way, it's a bit like real life where you have to be a member to use the facilities! Not everyone can go there, only the important Sims with a key 👌🏼🎉

This is just simply outstanding! 😍 The thoughts and details, the layout etc. - I'm not really someone who plays materialistic Sim's, but I'd built a whole neighborhood, just to see them going there, sipping scotch or martini and talking about stock exchanges, gossip or the new fashion collection, going all out in the spa or fitness, meeting their destined one's and going married there as well... gosh, I've got so many ideas already 🙈😍👌

I've been patiently waiting for you do build on this lot! ❤ Love your multi lots- your Thrift/Boba lot is one of my favorites in the entire game. Your spa in Oasis Springs was one of the first lots I ever downloaded from the Gallery. But i'm also eager to see a multi home lot in San sequoia.. your builds are so inspiring.

Beautiful build, as always, you never disappoint! One detail you might want to consider to add realism to any indoor pools you design (the room in which an indoor pool exists is called a "natatorium") is air circulation/venting. Most pools, indoors or outdoors, rely heavily on chlorine to keep the water clear and algae free, which isn't much of an issue for outdoor pools but can be a huge issue for indoor pools. Chlorine is a very corrosive chemical (was used as a gas to kill enemy troops in both World Wars) that can destroy just about any structural element in a natatorium, so rather extreme air circulation and venting measures are used to vent to chlorine that out-gasses from the water of the pool to the outside air. I know the game doesn't take these issues into consideration in their game engine design, but IRL, without proper ventilation of an indoor pool, your Sims could end up dying from chlorine gas poisoning! Next time you visit an indoor pool, take a close look at the walls and ceilings and notice that almost ALL indoor pools have a large wall of sliding glass doors opening to the outside air. Also maybe take a close look at any if the exposed metals in the room (like around the doors/windows). I am an architect IRL and while I have worked on a couple of projects that did include indoor pools, generally speaking indoor pools are discouraged, due to the huge costs associated with not only keeping them properly vented, but also maintained, as even with excellent air exchange of indoor/outdoor air, the chlorine is still going to corrode almost every material in the natatorium over time.

How do you copy roof pieces? Been playing the sims from the start and still have no idea, if I use the usual copy tool it copies the roof tile 🤦🏼‍♀️

Select the roof piece and click the 2 squares icon under the arrows you click to move the piece. It will duplicate the piece. Works on a lot of other things too!
