My full-wave, 40m horizontal Delta Loop is extremely quiet relative to all of the other wire antennas I currently have😃🇺🇸

It's a great show, sadly my location is not part of the area's you guys' mention for antenna location. Most antennas are not as good as they are in the lower 48 that they are in my location in Anchorage, Alaska. Non the less you guys are awesome doing this kind of informative show oriented for everyone specially the newbies in this hobby. I just have 3 years as an Amateur Radio Operator and really love it. My shack is an IC-9700 for VHF/UHF an IC-7610 for HF, one Anytone 878 UVII plus and one Icom ID-52. For POTA one Yaesu FT-891 with a BoddyPole Deluxe Long Version. Base Antenna Vertical Hy-Gain AV-680 and a CobWeb MFJ-1838 Heavy Duty. For mobile antenna an ATAS-120A. So far everiry equipment on my shack get the job done. Thank you, guys, for the job well done. I can't wait for the next show.

I've had an IMAX 2000 hung in a high tree for many years now; & while it's purported to be a 5/8th wave, I just know I've l worked all over the world with it; & even though many use this 24' long vertical for 11m CB, I found that, using just my rig's internal AT (an IC:7300), I can easily load up on 10 & 12m (& with my ext AT, also 15m); 73 de WA4ELW in TN 🇺🇸 dit dit 😃

I've also had a modified version of the Classic G5RV, the "ZS6BKW," for many, many years now; a bit shorter than the Classic (92' vs 102') with a 40' LL drop, it's pretty much a "plug & play" antenna, with no tuning, adjustments or anything needed; best thing abt it is, using just my IC-7300's internal AT, it'll easily load on 5 bands (& more with an ext AT)👍😃🇺🇸

Very good show ! Lots. of great antenna's . I am in NY/USA . it's cold in the winter and hot and muggy in summer. HVAC ? For the winter I just get bigger tubes . and summer ? BTU AC ? Big fan ? What about lighting? My old CFL lamps make QRM . The LED are much better . I can get on 10/11/12/6 and now 15 meters without a antenna ,and make great contacts with just coax ! mostly RG-8X. and get a good tune. The T2LT ! a few ways to make them. Videos' on this channel. YL Raisa got on 20 meters with no antenna ,no coax ! just Aluminum foil ! was a great video ! When you talking plastics and RF. DX commander changed the plastic parts due to that problem . Running 1.5 KW FT8 and setting DX commander antenna on fire . Now we do QRO loops and different plastic. I thought it was UV. But Callum in a video explained the new plastic plates. I want to see pics of that fire ! I got the gray plates and green mast 2024 Expedition portable and it goes up and down quickly and easy. 73

Question: if running 25’ of rg316 that has three ferite beads around 12-14” from one end of the coax (ABR) and you pair it with the PackTenna 10m/20m/40m End Fed Half Wave. Which end should the inline beads be near? (Radio or End Fed Half Wave?

I have my antennas both mounted on my chimney .. i disconnect the coax from radio i am not using they are about 18 inches apart .. how much does the x50 cause interference to the moonraker gpa 80-6 ... i will be separating them once i get a roof tower so how far apart then ?? and will a dipole hf antenna make a difference mounted one ft below the x50 ... looking at tarheel designs diploe set up while keeping the 6-80 also ... i have no trees or places to mount anything so chimney and roof tower will be all for the three antenna .. recommendations??
