You can start with push ups & pull ups which covers almost every muscle of your upper body and are very functional and athletic exercises with no equipment! Hello! Thank you for the comment! If you dont feel any pain you can start doing these exercises but start doing them one by one. For example start from the very first exercise and then progress to the next exercise, day by day. Slow progress is better! Also physiotherapy sessions will help with the pain. From a psychological point of view, dont think to much about the long term goal (pain free hamstring). Try to focus on short term goals, like walking pain free, or not feeling pain in your daily life, or not feeling pain during the exercises and so on! Small goals will help the long term goal!

Hello!! Thank you for your question! It's normal to feel soreness. If you are not sure whether you have to progress or not, try the first exercises again (on the next session) and see how it goes. If you feel pain, rest it for a few days and then try again!

I would say try to master all the previous exercises and try to feel the muscle working (mind-muscle connection) to become more confident before progressing.
