How can they open a stadium which is unfinished? The whole structure of the complex is poor, why building a stadium without any roof? Hahah Never seen that before, poeple still coming into the stadium with umbrellas, a basketball court behind the main pitch😂? Is this a1960's stadium? Look at the bleachers, the seats look like as same as nursery schools seats, a pitch with a fake artificial grass etc... We africans still have a long way to go
